11 New Square Announces New Tenant: Ed Tozer

11 New Square is delighted to announce that Ed Tozer is delighted to announce that Ed Tozer has joined Chambers as a tenant following the successful completion of his pupillage.

Before coming to the Bar, Ed trained as a solicitor and qualified (2022) in the tax department of a Magic Circle law firm. He was also a judicial assistant in the Court of Appeal focussing on tax.

Ed accepts instructions in all areas of taxation, and has experience of a range of work, including: restructurings; partnerships; VAT; corporate M&A; employment incentives; procedural issues; and stamp duty.
