SUCCESS FOR THE VOA IN THE VALUATION TRIBUNAL

The Valuation Tribunal of Wales has ruled in favour of the VOA that decreases in freight and passenger traffic as a result of route changes consequent on the UK’s withdrawal from the EU did not give rise to value-significant MCCs for Holyhead Port and Fishguard Harbour. The VTW therefore dismissed appeals brought by Stena Line Ltd.
